Unable to Log into Blackboard

If you can’t log into Blackboard Learn, and you know you’re using the correct password then your UARK password could be expired.

Blackboard Help Desk Hours

Mon-Thur: 7 a.m. to midnight
Fri: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sat: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sun: 11 a.m. to midnight

Blackboard specialists are available by phone by calling 479-575-HELP (4357) and selecting the option for Blackboard support.

Outage Support

If Blackboard Learn is not responding and it is outside our support hours please create a ticket at help.uark.edu
