Before you can use your clicker in your classes you will need to register your clicker to an account.
Getting Started with PointSolutions Mobile app and Clickers
Some classes require the use of student response devices, often called clickers. Clickers are handheld devices that enable instructors to pose questions to students and immediately collect and view the responses of the entire class. They are often used to give quizzes, take polls, open discussions, and take attendance.

Troubleshooting Your Clicker Registration
To ensure that your clicker registration is correct log into your clicker account and look to be sure that you see three green checkmarks.
PointSolutions Mobile App for Students
If your instructor allows it, you may choose to use the PointSolutions mobile app on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop instead of a physical clicker.
Return a Clicker to the Default Device ID
Occasionally we’ll see this in a clicker that was bought used that is registering a number for the clicker id instead of the clicker ID listed on the back. To get back to the original clicker ID, follow these steps.
