Please make sure that you are using a supported web browser and version.

If you are using the Blackboard Learn app, make sure to ‘Allow Cross-Website Tracking’ in your app settings to ensure you can view all your course materials.

If using an Apple/iOS device, make sure to also check the settings for Safari to allow both ‘Cross-Site Tracking” as well as cookies.

Third-Party Cookies need to be enabled in order to access UASuccess, Kaltura, VoiceThread, or Collaborate Ultra within Blackboard Learn.

If you are using a version of Respondus LockDown Browser prior to 2.0.7.01, you will have issues saving anything typed into the Content Editor. This includes short answer and essay answers in tests, written assignment submissions, journals, blogs, and discussion posts. Make sure you check for updates before the time of your exam!

There are similar issues with older versions of Safari. If you are using a version prior to Safari 14, please upgrade or use another web browser to do your coursework.

If you are using Microsoft Edge and received a 404 error when trying to view documents, go into Edge Settings –> Downloads and TURN OFF “Open Office files in the browser”.
