Occasionally will purchase a used clicker that is transmitting a number for the clicker ID that is different than the clicker ID listed on the back of the clicker. To get back to the original device ID, follow these steps.
- Press Channel
- Press ?
- Press 000000 (these are zeroes)
- Press ?
- Press Channel
After this, you’ll also need to go into your Turning Account and add the clicker ID that your clicker was previously displaying. Make sure to add zeros before the number in order to bring the total number up to six characters. For instance, if the clicker was giving the device ID “6”, register 000006. If it was giving the device ID “456”, register 000456. Registering this clicker ID will give you credit for any classes before you corrected the device ID.
